Our colleague, Jon Loomis, has written an excellent op-ed column, published in the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram, responding to those who believe that the elimination of tenure and shared governance will improve the UW System. Dozens of other UWEC faculty have published excellent op-eds and letters in recent months, and we regret that we have not cataloged them all. Three cheers to all those who have fought for UWEC!
