We strive for a strong, healthy, vibrant university through shared governance and collective action.

A History of UW Faculty Organizing

Union organizing of faculty and staff at UW-Eau Claire has a surprisingly long history. Our faithful Treasurer and historian-extraordinaire, Jim Oberly, prepared this Powerpoint Presentation on some of that history. He has given this presentation at several UW System campuses, including UW-Eau Claire in May 2014.
